The Focus Your Mind™ Framework provides a light and flexible structure tailored to each client’s unique professional and personal needs and future aspirations. Consultations may be conducted face-to-face, over the phone and by email – or a combination of all three to best suit the client’s needs and aspirations. Rachel works within the Professional Codes of Conduct, Ethics and Practice of the AC and IPTI, whilst continually updating her skills and knowledge. The Focus Your Mind™ Framework provides a clear step-by-step process so that clients can be assured professional standards are adhered to:
1. An initial consultation is required to identify specific performance needs, objectives and future aims of the client.
2. A written agreement or ‘framework’ is drawn up clearly detailing the proposed programme of work based on the above.
3. This framework clearly states the service delivery options chosen by the client, as well as the agreed level of confidentiality, cost and time frame.
4. Select and apply the most appropriate tools, techniques and strategies specific to the client.
5. Provide written record of work undertaken including measurable results, effectiveness and feedback.
6. Include regular time for reflection, review and feedback to gain further insights, evaluate progress and results achieved.
7. Integrate flexibility within the framework so that adjustments may be made as required to the stated aims, expected outcomes and approaches used.
